As an Army wife, I know that military families often have to scramble for quality child care, and so much of the time we don’t have desirable options.

So I wanted to let you know about a real gem I’ve found in Seaside.

If you’re looking for quality, EDUCATIONAL care for your Child, I highly recommend Auburn’s House Montessori School (an In-home Montessori School). Run by a loving husband and wife team, Joe and Auburn Velasquez, it combines nurturing home care with the stimulation of the Montessori Method. It’s truly the best of both worlds. My two-year-old son has been attending for over 4 months now, and he has simply flourished there.

I would like to highly recommend Auburn’s House Montessori. My husband is in the Navy and we move around a lot so we don’t get to much time to look around for schools so when we stumbled across Auburn’s House Montessori it was like we hit the jackpot!

It is plain to see the love and care that have gone into the environment. That same love and care is taught to the children so that they will enjoy their environment and learning to the highest degree. 

Miss Auburn is an experienced Montessori educator and a true believer in the Montessori philosophy. She respects the children and helps them to become the best little people they can be. My daughter adores her! And let us not forget Mr. Joe who is also there to help the children every step of the way and they also love and respect him as well.

 I would highly recommend this school (and have) to just about everyone I know!
